Mike inspected the house we were purchasing before the closing. Mike was wonderful! He was very thorough with the inspection process and went through the entire house with a fine tooth comb. He was professional and informative. Throughout the walk-through, he explained everything he was looking at and the potential problems that could arise. During the final walk through, before the closing, he was kind enough to come by again, and make sure the work was done correctly on very short notice. I would recommend Mike to anyone who needs a home inspection.

Mike was just wonderful.  First, he was far more responsive than any of the other inspectors we contacted.  On the day of the inspection, he actually arrived early, and spent a great deal of time with us.  He was friendly and extremely professional.  He explained everything thoroughly that he was looking without once talking either down to us or over-explaining with esoteric language. Complete home inspection, in and out. Mike was responsive from the get go.  Easily reached on the phone and made an appointment for the inspection in a timely way.  Came early to look at the sea wall at low tide.  Planted the radon monitor two days before the inspection so that we would have the results on the day of. Professional and approachable.  Invited me to participate throughout the inspection.  Very knowledgeable and offered suggestions.  Explanations were thorough and understandable. Received the report within a day or two.  Very complete with multiple pictures to illustrate trouble spots. Mike met with my fiancé and I today to complete a home inspection on a home we recently put an offer on.
