Mike & Steve I would just like to give you a review of your inspection on the house I'm in the process of purchasing. I'm a first time home buyer, so much of this whole process is a surprise to me and a learning curve. I did not know what to expect with a home inspection, but I can say that immediately I felt comfortable and relaxed after hearing your verbal report to me. The ease of mind was immense. You and Steve were extremely thorough in your inspection, spotted things I did not even notice when i viewed the home! I know feel with all I had seen today, and with all you had even taken the time to explain things to me, that I understand the house and what the inspection entails more than I imagined.
