I purchased a home a few years back, and Mike was very thorough. I called him with questions on the seriousness and expense to repair various items on his report. His figures were very close to accurate. I still occasionally call him for advice on my home and he gladly takes my calls to help out. Mike inspected the house we were purchasing before the closing. Mike was wonderful! He was very thorough with the inspection process and went through the entire house with a fine tooth comb. He was professional and informative. Throughout the walk-through, he explained everything he was looking at and the potential problems that could arise. During the final walk through, before the closing, he was kind enough to come by again, and make sure the work was done correctly on very short notice. Mike was just wonderful.  First, he was far more responsive than any of the other inspectors we contacted.  On the day of the inspection, he actually arrived early, and spent a great deal of time with us.  He was friendly and extremely professional.  He explained everything thoroughly that he was looking without once talking either down to us or over-explaining with esoteric language.
