Mike and Steve were great! They arrived early and had started the inspection of the exterior before we even arrived on-site and we were early! Mike then took the time to go through the exterior of the home again with us present to advise of his findings. Both Mike and Steve were really good about answering all questions presented to them and explained everything really well. The report we were presented with was very well done and was delivered to us really quick. Mike and Steve photographed everything and all photographs were present in the report. Overall I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose Patriot Property Inspections and they will always get my recommendation.
