Mike and his team were fantastic! They went out of their way to educate me on each and every item that was listed in the inspection. I learned so much from walking through the inspection with them that I felt entirely confident in performing the re-inspection of the home on my own. They was extremely accessible after the inspection to clarify any questions that came up and were able to make recommendations for remediation of key issues. I would recommend Patriot inspections to anyone looking for an inspector. I will undoubtedly use them again in the future. Patriot inspections was worth every penny!
