I just recently used Mike to do an inspection on a building I was considering purchasing. He was AMAZING! Mike gave the most detailed, specific inspection report that I have ever seen. He was personable, showed me everything first hand and clearly explained everything to me (in terms I could understand!!). His report was over 60 pages long and included detailed, very specific pictures that went right along with what he found.
