Mike was just wonderful.  First, he was far more responsive than any of the other inspectors we contacted.  On the day of the inspection, he actually arrived early, and spent a great deal of time with us.  He was friendly and extremely professional.  He explained everything thoroughly that he was looking without once talking either down to us or over-explaining with esoteric language. (No "mansplaining" as my partner puts it.)  He also provided many suggestions and answered every question we had, which were many.  Since we were first-time homebuyers, this was invaluable to us.  He emailed his full written report to us that same evening, and he quickly answered all follow up questions that we had over the next few weeks.  We would highly recommend him to anybody buying a home!
