Complete home inspection, in and out. Mike was responsive from the get go.  Easily reached on the phone and made an appointment for the inspection in a timely way.  Came early to look at the sea wall at low tide.  Planted the radon monitor two days before the inspection so that we would have the results on the day of. Professional and approachable.  Invited me to participate throughout the inspection.  Very knowledgeable and offered suggestions.  Explanations were thorough and understandable. Received the report within a day or two.  Very complete with multiple pictures to illustrate trouble spots. Encouraged me to call with questions or concerns after the inspection.  Feel as if he's a valuable part of our house-buying team.  Recommend him highly and without reservation.
