Mike met with my fiancé and I today to complete a home inspection on a home we recently put an offer on. As first time home buyers, we were anxious leading up to the inspection however, Mike immediately made us feel comfortable and confident that he had our best interest in mind. Mike encouraged us to ask questions and observe as he completed the inspection of the home. Mike shared with us a great deal of information - relating to both the home itself as well as general home ownership. Following the inspection Mike made a point to review the findings in private with us (away from the sellers realtor) and made excellent cost-saving recommendations. Within an hour of completing the inspection, Mike had emailed us a very thorough 40 page report detailing each deficiency as well as appropriate suggestions. Through the process we felt that Mike was an asset to ensuring a safe home and we were genuinely impressed with his professional and timeliness. We will be sure to recommend Mike to all family and friends that may purchase a home in the near future.
