Hello,

In this edition, I’m asking for feedback from the real estate agents who’ve worked with me over the recent year or so. I get great feedback from clients on a regular basis, but I’m aware that as a business professional, I’m involved as a part of the real estate transaction, and a smooth process is important to all involved.  The client feedback is appreciated, but most home buyers only experience 1-2 home inspections in their lifetime, whereas a Real estate agent experiences many more.

As January is typically slightly slower that the rest of the year, it’s my time to improve processes. I’d love honest feedback on your experience with my service. What did you like, dislike, what did I do better (or worse) than others. Anything is in play, uniform, timeliness, reporting, report delivery, report detail, etc… Any way I can interact with you and/or the clinet in a better way to be a more cohesive team for the client is looked at. How easy is my report to read? Here is a link if you don’t remember it (view a sample inspection report)

In addition, this year I’m considering adding a couple services/features to my buyers inspection, and I’m looking for feedback on what value you think they would add to my services. I will add some, but maybe not all.

These services (I’m considering adding) would be included in my standard fee:

90-day warranty

recall check service (check for present or future recalls of appliances)

90-day warranty on the sewer line

Continuous radon monitor instead of canisters for those who request radon, it’ll save about 2 days on result turn around time, as there will be no shipping delay for results.

I take all feedback seriously and do make minor alterations based on it, if you have a couple minutes to reply with ANY feedback, I’d greatly appreciate it. Also if your office needs brochures, cards, or a hard copy of the “Now That You’ve Had a Home Inspection” book, I give to my clients, let me know. I just got a new order in, I’ll be glad to drop some off in the next week or so.

I look forward to working with you in the upcoming year. Last year was my best year, and I’m looking for a better 2014, your feedback could help. Thank you.
