As qualified real estate agents, you are certainly aware of two things:
1: The market is roaring back this year.
2: Your client has 10 business days from signing the purchase ans sale agreement to respond to their home inspection.
What does this mean? It means you ought to be getting them to be in contact with the home inspector early in the process. Many clients call me when they have an appointment to sign the p&s, or they call me the day its signed. This gives time to get in the schedule, and also time to get radon results back as well. (you can always respond “pending lab results” but its easier to have all your info in the initial window.
So have you clients call me right away to ensure we can get the inspection done, otherwise they scramble around trying to find whoever has availability (hint more available guys may be that way for a reason).
I will inspect seven days per week and start inspections later in the day during this time of year as it stays light later into the day.
