I was meeting a client for the first time a couple weeks ago, as usual i meet them at the inspection, and when i told him I would be there 2 1/2 – 3 hours he was shocked, and seemed upset.

I questioned him and he said he wasn’t upset with me, he had used another inspector looking at two other homes and was charged rates similar to mine. Here’s the kicker, the other guy was only there 25 minutes!

OK folks, you can not inspect ANY property in 25 minutes, not and actually find and report things. This poor guy was completely ripped off two other times. Ask questions, and be sure you get what you pay for.
